基于SSM框架的房屋租赁系统的设计与实现

AbstractIn order to solve the difficulty that newly college graduates who don'tknow how to rent a house with good quality and low price,and who areeasily being cheated.This paper puts forward an online housing rentalsystem.Applying the technology of Spring,SpringMVC,Mybatis,CSS,JS,HTML,Ajax and JSP,I completed the design and implementation of thehousing rental system,which is developed under the windows 10 system,mysql5.7 database,Tomcat 9.0,JDK1.6 and MyEclipse 10.The resultsshow that the system has the advantages of favorable price,reliability andconvenient operation.It is more suitable for newly college graduates and hassuccessfully solved their difficulty in house renting.Keywords:SSM Framework:Online Housing Rental:Java
