AbstractWith the development of China's auto market,the car has higher requirements forits facilities,especially the parking lot.In order to reduce the operating costs,improvethe management efficiency and service quality of the parking lot,RFID (radiofrequency identification technology)and Web technology are more and more appliedto the parking management system.The main goal of this thesis is to design and implement a parking managementsystem based on ZigBee and RFID wireless sensor network technology and Webtechnology..Combined with practice,using mature RFID technology to read andwrite,springmve hibernate integration design model based on using Oracle databasemanagement system to complete the upper machine and the lower position machineserial communication function and design of the parking lot management platform.Realize the user card warehousing registration and management,and automaticcharging and parking administrator to deal with special circumstances can controlopening and closing of the gate,view parking parking status (including is occupied,humidity,temperature and concentration of combustible gas)and through a wirelessnetwork in mobile phones and other intelligence can terminal release real time,youcan also query,reservation,recharge and payment by intelligent terminals such asmobile phone within the area of parking spaces.Keywords:The Things Of Internet;Upper Computer;Serial Communication;ParkingManagement Platform1
