Design and Implementation of Bank Teller BusinessPerformance Appraisal SystemAbstractAt this stage,domestic banks have continuously improved their management andservices.Human resources are important for market competition.In order to attract andrecruit employees,financial institutions need to establish a scientific and reasonableincentive system to enhance the enthusiasm and performance evaluation ofemployees.Therefore,it is necessary to design a bank teller business performanceevaluation system to manage the most basic information and business solutions of theteller.In China's traditional performance evaluation system,various managementbehaviors are usually more complex.In the performance evaluation process,repeatedtransmission of information often occurs.Therefore,it is urgent to implement theinformatization of performance appraisal system and performance appraisal.The system uses JAVA language to express and solve the logicality of the systembackground,and uses JSP dynamic website development design to replace the dataformat with visual data.The development environment is Eclipse and the databasesystem is MySQL.In this system,there are two roles:chief teller and supervisor.Thegeneral teller can log in to the system,modify the user information account andpassword,and view the user's business information;The administrator can log in to thebackground management system center,and can add,delete,change,query,and publishthe contents of various control modules in the system.The background managementcan also carry out information management methods and other activities in the frontdesk reception.Key Words:Bank teller business performance appraisal system;Information management;The system background
