AbstractIn recent years,with the continuous progress of science and technology,greenhouseboiler monitoring system has begun to develop toward an intelligent trend.In particular,the development of computer technology and bus technology provides a new technicalscheme for greenhouse boiler monitoring system.According to the CAN bus technology,multi-point network,easy to use,and the combination of the existing boiler controller,thegreenhouse boiler monitoring system improved design,the design of the greenhouseboiler monitoring system based on CAN bus.Compared with the traditional singlecontrol method,the heating boilers in several greenhouses are combined with CANtechnology to realize the distributed control of the boiler.The detection and control of greenhouse boiler controller existing with AI,DI,DO,RDT,RS485 and other interface circuit can realize the environmental parameters of thegreenhouse,when used as a boiler controller Modbus from the station of a boiler can becontrolled by the master device controller.In order to realize the function of multi-pointnetwork CAN bus,developed RS232/RS485-CAN bus protocol conversion module,RS485 interface in each boiler controller are installed on a RS232/RS485-CAN busprotocol conversion module,so that each boiler controller is equivalent to a collection ofchild nodes.In the design of a CAN bus master node,this can be achieved through theCAN bus data acquisition and control of the node.The use of MCGS configurationsoftware design of greenhouse boiler monitoring software can be achieved on each nodeof the boiler work setting,boiler control,information collection,historical data query,report printing and other functions.After completing the amount and part of the above,a simple experimental platformis built,and the function of the system is demonstrated.The experiment shows that thesystem can realize the wireless networking function of the greenhouse boiler,and cancarry out the wireless control of the boiler.Through the test,the power structure of thissystem is reasonable and stable working performance,the number of nodes can beflexibly expanded,the system is low,relative to the cost control cable low,convenientmaintenance,and has great application value.Key words:boiler controller;greenhouse;CAN bus;monitoring interface
