无锡职业技术学院毕业设计(论文)说明书Design and Development of Personnel Wage Management SystemAbstract:With the rapid development of modern enterprise management system and computer level,the current enterpriseincreased needs personnel and wage management system to provide services for staff management,so the system has becomean indispensable part of the management of enterprises.The traditional way of personnel management wastes a lot of M.Anpower,financial and material resources.Therefore,the design of personnel salary management system that meets therequirements of enterprises can greatly improve the efficiency of personnel salary management.It is also an importantcondition for the science and regular management of enterprises to be in line with the world.Through SSH (St.Ruts2+Spring 2+Hibernate 3),the personnel and wage management system is built to manage the staff data,set the wage itemsand calculation formula freely,support the output of report format,realize data statistics and analysis,and make statistics onvarious indicators of employees.Personnel salary management system can be based on SSH framework.Achieve stablesystem structure,dynamic maintenance of system data,support system expansion,and reduce system level coupling.Strutstechnology and MVC schema are used to standardize the presentation layer structure.Spring is used to control data access inbusiness layer and improve scalability.Hibernate framework separates data persistence Layer business from data,reducescoupling and improves system efficiency.The personnel salary management system based on Struts 2+Spring 2+Hibernate 3has high maintainability,stability and portability.This system realizes the detailed record of enterprise personnel informationPersonnel management specialists can maintain staff information,Department structure,personnel grouping,staff dislocationinformation through personnel salary management system,realization query function,support multi-condition value search,and provide a variety of reports and statistical charts,which can help personnel managers to view personnel information andstudents through different query conditions.Aily summary,contract alteration,etc.,to achieve intelligent operation of thesystem,so that personnel and wage management work more quickly,more convenient to find,high reliability,large storage,good confidentiality,flexibility,portability,lower management costs.keyword:Performance Pay,Management System,Database,B/S Structure
