AbstractThe world has ushered in the era of new media,and the process ofdigitalization and networking in China is leading the trend.Due to thecontinuous emergence of new media,a large number of automobileadvertisements and short videos also emerged.But today's content andimages,including car commercials and short videos of cars,are still thin andheavy on the car's texture.Based on the emerging of the new media era,theperformance of automobile advertisements and short videos still has itsadvantages and disadvantages.Through the study of a lot of literature on theform of automobile advertising and visual elements in the film and televisiondesign of the means of expression.After collecting and viewing a largenumber of literature and automobile film and television works,someproblems existing in the current automobile film and television advertisingare summarized.In this paper,the visual design of automobile film andtelevision advertisements is taken as the starting point,and the visualfeatures of this type of advertisements are discussed from the perspective ofthe picture style,camera motion,composition,lighting,color,special effectsand other visual elements.In order to express the author on these issues someviews and Suggestions.This design will be Subaru xv the car as an example,selection is new style and theme,the first video using the live action andspecial effects synthesis combined with cyber punk style to render the car ads,the second video to the story,a strong contrast to render the caradvertisement picture style.Key words:car advertisement;visual elements
