Design of 16 Universal Input Modules for StereoscopicWarehouse Control SystemAbstractAs a storage system for access,the three-dimensional warehouse system iswidely used in product storage,distribution,and production and transportation.Due tothe highly developed industry,the market is increasingly demanding control ofautomated warehouse systems.Many automated equipment and sensing monitoringinstruments require access control systems,and higher hardware and software areproposed for the interface capabilities of the system.Requirements,universal inputmodule requirements are becoming more and more urgent.At present,the market cost of the universal input module is relatively high,andthe two-channel analog input and the measurement and control module of thetwo-way switch output are as high as 1,800 yuan.Such high prices have hindered thefurther promotion of computer control technology,especially in the popularity ofSMEs.The number of channels per unit module is small,and too few channels willreduce the integration of the system and increase the cost of integration.Can not workindependently as a system.In many applications,the measurement and controlmodule is required to be used as the input interface module of the host afternetworking,and it is also required to have the ability to be separately measured andcontrolled offline.The current measurement and control module can only be used asan interface module of the host,and does not have the ability to work independentlyfrom the host.In order to solve these problems,this paper uses the single-chiptechnology to design a multi-channel number,or a 16-channel universal input modulethat can easily expand the channel.Whenever possible,the user can control the singledevice without repeatedly selecting the same module,thereby avoiding unnecessaryhardware redundancy and reducing the production cost.Keywords:Stereo warehouse,General purpose module,Single chip microcomputer,Input interface
