基于SSM的房屋租赁管理系统的设计与实现

Design and implementation of housing rental management systembased on SSMAbstract:Housing rental company lease management aspects are still relatively backward,compared with modern lease management and public rental demand,already can't meet theneeds of its customers and market,on the lease management the quality and efficiency of manyaspects,such as have also been unable to meet the demand of more and more buildingmanagement,therefore this thesis will provide housing rental company research a leasemanagement system.This paper is based on the Internet technology to complete a suitablerental company needs of the rental management system,the system uses the Java languagebased preparation,JSP technology and the use of SSM framework technology to achieve therental management system user interface and business logic functions.The application of thissystem makes the overall effect reach the expected,and speed up the work efficiency of thestaff,improve the quality of work management,for the housing rental management company toprovide more intelligent,information,science and technology management,to meet the needsof modern science and technology management,to achieve the progress of the whole companyand modern society.Key Words:House rental;Management system;Java;JSP;SSM
