广州大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTPipe jacking construction method has a most outstanding characteristic which isadaptability problem.In view of the different soil,different construction condition anddifferent requirements,we must choose adaptive pipe jacking construction andreasonable pipe jacking tunneling parameters to reach twice the result with half effort.Otherwise,it may cause construction problems even make pipe jacking constructionfailure and bring heavy loss to the project.Carrying out the adaptability of pipe jacking construction parameters -strataresearch ,and establishing a reasonable theoretic method to better control pipe jackingdesign ,and cutting down engineering cost ,then can scientifically improving pipejacking safety reliability and construction efficiency,has currently become animportant issue on underground space development This paper mainly works asfollows:1)Elaborating the main method of pipe jacking construction process anddiscussing the main cause of soil displacement Focusing on the analysis of changesof stress state,and changes of soil properties in disturbance area,as well as causes andregularity of strata movement.2)Analyzing the soil-pipe jacking interaction principle and the mainparameters of the earth pressure balance pipe jacking construction.Researching therelationship between the pipe jacking frictional resistance ,soil warehouse pressureand soil property,burial depth;the relationship between jacking speed and thrust;therelationship between the knife torque and soil pressure;the relationship between theknife torque and aperture ratio.3)Analyzing the main parameters of slurry balance pipe jacking construction.By analyzing the field measurement data discussing the influence of long-distancepipe-jacking construction relay,thixotropic mud and rectification to the jacking force.Researching the influence of jacking speed and row soil efficiency to the grounddeformation.4)Analyzing the sensitivity of the pipe jacking geometric parameters (includingsoil property,depth of molding the muddy pressure,excavation diameter,tube wallthickness)to the surface disturbance.Simulating the influence of pipe jackingconstruction to the surface subsidence by using flac-3d program and analyzing themain factors of surface subsidence.Preposing the control measure to reduce thesurface subsidence during pipe jacking construction.Key words:pipe jacking;numerical simulation;soil disturbance;constructionparameters;adaptability
