Design of Vending Machine And Data StatisticsSystem Based on PLCABSTRACTScience and technology is the first productive force,which provides a continuous power for the continuous development of the society.In every social stage,there will be some new technology products.In modern society,people are most familiar with shopping.Shopping is an indispensable part of people's life.Vending machine is the inevitable product of the development of science and technology society.With the labor shortage and the rising of labor cost,in order to reduce the operating cost of businesses,scientists created vending machine through research.In this paper,the author will design the automatic control method of the control system ofthe vending machine,use PLC to control the vending machine in a centralized way,and use the button switch and other external electrical components for combined control,so that the whole vending machine control system can run automatically without too much manual intervention.At the same time,this paper also uses the configuration technology of the upper computer and MCGS configuration software to get all kinds of data about the vending situation of the vending machine,and then realizes the data exchange with the remote control module according to certain technology,so as to achieve the purpose of creating the vending machine that can carry out data statistics,and make the design goal of the whole vending machine control system clear and visible。Keywords:Vending machine PLC MCGS Data statistics Sales data
