电子科技大学毕业设计(论文)ABSTRACTProgrammable controller (PLC)is a general-purpose industrial automatic controldevice specially used for industrial production,which takes CPU as the core andcombines computer technology,automatic control technology and networkcommunication technology.Because of its convenient use,easy maintenance,highreliability,strong anti-interference ability and low price,it is widely used in variousindustrial automatic control fields.In the process of mine mining and production,in order to ensure the personalsafety of underground workers,centrifugal fans are often used as important equipmentfor underground mining.Therefore,when using centrifugal fans,it is necessary tomonitor them in real time.The research purpose of this design is to use PLC as the maincontrol device to achieve more and more fully automatic requirements in industrialenvironments,and to fill the gap in the domestic centrifugal fan control system.Thispaper first introduces the basic characteristics of PLC;clarifies the overall design ideaof the centrifugal fan control system,selects the hardware equipment of the controlsystem after analyzing the functional requirements of the control system;compiles theI/O list of the control system and draws the wiring Figure,and design the electricalschematic diagram and ladder diagram of the centrifugal fan to realize the automaticcontrol system.This system is mainly aimed at the working environment and operationcharacteristics of centrifugal fans.It aims to improve the automatic managementefficiency of centrifugal fan equipment used in underground mines while ensuring thereliable operation of centrifugal fan equipment groups.It provides more intelligentmanagement of underground mining equipment.Reliable design solutions.Key words:Centrifugal fan control,PLC,inverter
