北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Automatic glutinous rice ball machine--Design of material dischargeand packaging deviceAbstractPackaging machinery is the fundamental guarantee for the mechanization andautomation of product packaging.It plays an important role in modern industrialproduction,especially in the packaging industry.Its level can even reflect the overalllevel ofa country's packaging industry.In this design,we mainly focus on foodprocessing machinery and equipment as the research direction,and determine the themeofthe automatic glutinous rice ball machine.Nowadays,there is a large consumption ofglutinous rice balls in the market,but people work and live in a tight rhythm.A researchon a machine that can make and package the Fried glutinous rice balls at any time canhelp people enjoy their life and improve their happiness.In my group,I am responsiblefor the final design ofthe discharging and packaging device,which mainly consists of thethermoforming device,the filling device,the heat sealing device,the cutting device andthe discharging device.Based on the market research,this paper starts from thedevelopment status,existing problems and problems to be solved of glutinous rice ballpackaging machine,designs a glutinous rice ball discharging and packaging device withpractical effect and significance by designing and calculating the parameters of each part.In the design process,the three-dimensional model of each part is built with ugl 2.0,andfinally assembled into a horizontal discharging and packaging device.Key word:Automatic glutinous rice ball machine;Horizontal machine;Packaging device;Thermoforming UG
