ABSTRACTNowadays,automation technology changes with each passing day,and the trend of foodproduction automation is also developing.Based on the above,this paper will carry on theresearch design in this scope.The automatic salad making device is a process in which fruit isput into the device and cut,mixed and packed to produce a bowl of fruit salad.This papermainly focuses on the design of the structure and size of the automatic salad making device.Firstly,the structure design of the manufacturing device in the design was carried outAccording to the results of functional analysis,the device was divided into two devices:themixing device and the extruder,and the scheme selection and design were carried out.Based onthe scheme determined above,the stirring device,the extrusion device and its related frame aredesigned in detail,including the size design,structural design,selection and calculation ofstandard parts,and the relevant part drawing and assembly drawing are drawn.Keywords:Automate:Salad made:Production device;Extrusion device
