北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Structure design of automatic fruit cuttingAbstractThis project is to design a self-service fruit machine,which is mainly used in thedaily cutting of a single apple.It can not only cut the apple peel quickly,but also safely.Inlife,most of the people in the family are using fruit knife to cut the apple skin,but it isinconvenient to use fruit knife.Children and old people are very easy to scratch theirhands and bring harm to their families.Moreover,using fruit knife to cut the apple flesh isuneven and not beautiful.And every time you eat fruit,you need to do a lot of postcleaning work,which is very troublesome.This tends to discourage people from eatingfruit.Therefore,an efficient and safe automatic fruit peeler is designed,which is suitablefor people It is of great significance.The main task of this project is to complete the structure design of fruit automaticcutting,which needs to consider the automatic cleaning,peeling,cutting methods ofdifferent fruits,accurate segmentation and other aspects.According to the background ofthe above requirements,this paper briefly discusses the development of fruit peeling andfruit cutting,summarizes the research and application of fruit peeling and fruit cutting ofdomestic machinery in China,and understands the current principle of fruit peeling andfruit cutting and the existing problems of fruit peeling and fruit cutting.The fruit peeler inthis study is mainly driven by the principle of motor drive,driven by the transverseinstallation of the motor,driven by the gear drive,in the process of designing themechanical structure,through the selection and verification of the shaft parts and bearings,using the data to analyze,to meet the basic use requirements,and finally through CADand SolidWorks software to draw Make three-dimensional modeling and draw relevantparts,and finally meet the use requirements.Completion of graduation projectKey words:fruit peeler,three-dimensional modeling,gear transmission,SolidWorks第2页
