AbstractWith the acceleration of urbanization and population growth,the problem ofgarbage disposal has become increasingly prominent.How to realize garbageclassification and recycling has become a focus of attention for governments andsocieties around the world.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies anintelligent voice classification garbage bin system based on Arduino,which can realizefunctions such as voice recognition and automatic opening,providing a new idea forgarbage classification and disposal.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the system design,focusing on the importance of garbage classification and recycling,as well as thecurrent problems and challenges.Then,related research is reviewed,introducing thedesign schemes and technical routes of some existing intelligent garbage bin systems.Based on this,this paper proposes a design scheme for an intelligent voiceclassification garbage bin system based on Arduino.The hardware part of the system uses an Arduino development board and anHLK-V20 voice recognition module.The Arduino development board serves as themain control chip,controlling the opening and closing of the garbage bin,and theHLK-V20 voice recognition module is used for voice recognition.This paper detailsthe design and implementation process of the system hardware,including theintroduction of Arduino and voice recognition modules,circuit design,and hardwareconnection.The software part uses the Arduino IDE development environment andvoice recognition library for development.Arduino IDE is a development environmentbased on the C language,suitable for embedded development.The voice recognitionlibrary is an open-source voice recognition library that can achieve voice recognitionand conversion.This paper details the software development process andimplementation,including the use of voice recognition libraries and code writing.In terms of experiments,this paper conducted various tests and evaluations of thesystem,including voice recognition accuracy,garbage bin opening experiment,
