Corn thresher--hardware designAbstractAiming at the problem of large-scale corn thresher equipment with complex structure,large area and high price,which is not suitable for small-scale farmers,a new type of cornthresher design is proposed.This article designs the corn threshing mechanism,the choice of motor,and the structuraldesign of the pulley.And use three-dimensional software to draw corn thresher,use cad todraw two-dimensional map.We first study from the threshing principle of the corn thresher.Using the squeeze type corn threshing device,through the integration of the corn ear from theinlet to the outlet and the core outlet,the working time of the corn ear in the threshing deviceis reduced,and thus improved Production efficiency.The threshing gap can be adjusted byadjusting the grid gravure and controlled by a motor,so that the threshing gap can be adjustedaccording to the characteristics of corn.Then,the pressure plate mechanism is installed in thecore row area,and the iron distribution is adjusted to how to control the pressure plate,so thatthe corn ears are completely threshed before the pressure plate is opened,thereby increasingthe removal rate.Key words:Squeeze and twist corn sheller;Structural design;Mechanical structure;Pressingmechanism;Adjust the grille
