ABSTRACTRESEARCH ON SYNERGY MECHANISM OF SCIENCEAND TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION MANAGEMENT INZHENGLUOXIN INDEPENDENT INNOVATIONDEMONSTRATION ZONE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OFONE DISTRICT MULTI-PARK DEVELOPMENT MODELABSTRACTThe National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone ,as a national-levelindependent innovation demonstration zone is recognized and authorized by the State Council.It has improved the development of independent innovation and high-tech industries of thecountry.The special economic zone established by the National Independent InnovationDemonstration Zone has played a pivotal role in promoting the development of China'sregional economy.However,with the development of economy and technology,someproblems related to the development of self-built areas gradually appear.Nationalindependent innovation demonstration area,therefore,must be a self analysis of independentinnovation system,and comparing with other leading countries and park,find advantage anddisadvantage,keep improving "area many garden"mode of own region coordinateddevelopment,to achieve the "become a national science and technology innovation centerwith international influence"is of great significance in its strategic purpose.This research adopts interview method,grounded theory,questionnaire survey methodand other research methods.Firstly,this article reviews and sorts out related research andpractice at home and abroad in view of the relative lack of existing research on the"self-created zone's scientific and technological innovation management synergymechanism",and takes the Zhengluoxin National Independent Innovation DemonstrationZone as the research object.Through the interview data for own area of science andtechnology innovation management synergy grounded theory analysis of influencing factors,build up the relevant factors affecting the framework,formed "system and culturalenvironment,capital and talent flow,industrial and technological cooperation"the analysisframework.Secondly,on this basis,based on the selective coding results of grounded theory,this paper constructs the influence mechanism model of the collaborative management ofscience and technology innovation in Zhengluoxin Self-created Demonstration Zone underthe mode of "one district and many parks",in order to grasp the internal mechanism ofdifferent dimensions on the collaborative management of science and technology innovation
