湖北大学知行学院本科毕业设计AbstractWith the advent of the Internet era,science and technology have beenincreasingly innovated and developed,and various industries have ushered in a newdevelopment climax,breaking the traditional manufacturing mode of production,andushering in the era of technology.For the traditional machinery manufacturingindustry,low efficiency,high energy consumption,large capital investment,and highlabor costs have become obstacles to its sustainable development.With the advent ofthe Internet technology era,the machinery manufacturing industry has becomeincreasingly efficient,low energy consumption,and cost-effective.Low-leveladvantages have become a powerful driving force for its sustainable development inoccupying market share.For fruit automatic sorting system,it is mainly composed ofPLC circuit system,image processing,mechanical rotation and other subsystems.It isused for fruit sorting and can automatically sort according to factors such as fruit type,size and weight..Specifically,first,the system collects fruit graphics through therecording room,and then transmits the collected graphics information to the gradingsystem through signals.The post-grading system completes the grading actionaccording to the signal information to achieve fruit grading.The system has low cost,high efficiency,strong accuracy,and less damage to fruits,so it is widely used in themarket.Keywords:automatic;graphics processing:pneumatic classification.
