AbstractWith the development of industry,It is more and more important to control thenoise of industrial.At present,all walks of life across the country on the screwcompressors growing demand.As an equipment generating noise,the screwcompressor have a serious pollution to the environment.The noise propagation far,great impact,it have serious harm to the working environment and physical or healthof the worker.In order to meet the environmental requirements and user needs,it isessential to take effective measures to control noise of the screw compressorFrom the certain perspective to the research of the noise and vibration aboutscrew compressor in domestic and foreign,noise and vibration control is notsystematic at identification of noise sources,the distribution of noise and vibration,the characteristics of noise and vibration,at present,the country has not formed acomplete set of research ideas and research system.Noise and vibration research ofscrew compressor is still in progress.Research on noise and vibration control is stilla lack of perfect theory basis.Screw compressor as the main research target,this paper mainly studies on faultdiagnosis,analysis the working process of screw compressor's aspirate compressedgases,and exhaust gases.According to the analysis of the problems of noise fromoil-injected screw compressor.Including mechanical noise,aerodynamic noise,electromagnetic noise.Test and analyze the spectral characteristics of noise,andsystematic study on sound absorption,sound insulation,noise elimination and othercontrol methods.According to the characteristics of signal noise to determine thesound absorption material and structure.The design of structure of the host to reducenoise from noise source.Design appropriate sound insulation cover to control noisefrom the transmission of noise propagation.Design of muffler to reduction noise atthe process of intake and exhaust ports.Finally,forecasting and analyzing effect ofthe design scheme.This topic have a well reference for the screw compressorvibration and noise control.Keywords:screw compressor;noise control;acoustic cover;muffler
