Design of control system for small horizontalconveyor belt conveyorAbstractWith the progress of the times,the time of the relay control system has passed,on account of the safety,reliable,flexible,easy programming and other features PLChas become the darling of the new era,leading to the industrial automation more fully.After decades of development,in the industry of our country,PLC has been widelyused.This design is using Siemens S7-200,a small PLC,control the running ofconveyor belt mechanism,to realize the automation of production and transportation.The design introduced the characteristics of PLC,the working principle oftransmission belt of the running process of the system and PLC programming.Afterthe detection of design,proving the PLC can be a very good connecting transmissionBelt feeding system of the various aspects of the work,to realize the automation ofproduction,and can automatically detect,greatly enhance the performance of theconveyor belt,to improve the whole conveyor belt system work efficiency,savinglabor,saving the cost of production.Key Words:Small conveyor belt ;PLC;automatic control
