Design of Small Agricultural Machinery-Rice Crushing MechanismAbstractWith the development of society,people's demand for material quality andfood quality has been improved continuously,which promotes the development ofgrain and oil processing industry.Rice is one of the major food crops in Chinaand most of them become commercial rice.Milling is particularly important atthis time.This paper introduces the design of a rice crushing and crushing device foragricultural machinery and rice milling machine.Based on the analysis ofadvantages and disadvantages,working principle and working parts of differentrice milling machines on the market,the overall design scheme is put forward.Themain components of the rice milling machine are:driving device,feeding device,whitening chamber and discharging device.The whitening chamber is the maindesign objective,of which the main design work is the design of rollers,knivesand sieves.Then the main parts of each mechanism are designed in detail.Finally,the three-dimensional model is established by using Solid Works software,andthe assembly drawing and part drawing of the rice milling machine are drawn byusing AutoCAD drawing software.Keywords:rice processing,rice milling machine,roll milling,whitening,whiteningchamber,shell breaking目录
