Design of The Rear Wheel Brake of Wuling Hongguang CarAbstractWith the progress of society and the development of automobile industry,people's requirements for the safety performance of automobile are graduallyimproved.As an important device brake in the brake system,there are two types ofdrum brake and disc brake.Because of its more advanced and obvious advantages,thedisc brake has gradually expanded its proportion in the market at home and abroad.The main purpose of this design is to design the disc brake of the rear wheel ofthe car.The selected model is Wuling Hongguang S3.According to some basicparameters of the model,the braking process of the car on various adhesioncoefficient roads is analyzed.The distribution coefficient of the front and rear brakingforce,the synchronous adhesion coefficient,the utilization adhesion coefficient,andthe braking are calculated.The design is based on the principle of meeting therequirements of the braking laws and regulations The main design and calculation ofthe disk brake.Key words:Wuling Hongguang S3;rear wheel disc brake;drum brake;brakesystem;
