橡胶材料的发展及其在飞机上的应用

Development of rubber material and its application in aircraftABSTRACTThe utilization value of rubber material is regarded as a kind of primitive "Special substance"to be used in agricultural economy times.From the unconscious discovery and use of naturalrubber by the ancient Maya,to the First World War when Germany imposed a natural rubberembargo,through industrial production of synthetic rubber,rubber materials slowly came intoview.Interest in rubber materials has been growing since Columbus and his expedition broughtnatural rubber from South America to the Eastern Hemisphere.Only then did the development ofrubber materials begin in earnest.But now,with the continuous progress of science,thedevelopment of rubber materials is more rapid,the performance of rubber materials is moredemanding.At present,the excellent properties of rubber materials make it widely used in manyfields.It is estimated that there are more than 100,000 kinds of rubber products in the world,which is very rare in other industries.In this paper,through the preliminary research andAnalysis on the application of rubber materials in aviation,through the application of rubbermaterials such as the sealing operation of high temperature and oil resistant parts and fastenerson aircraft engines and the application of aircraft tires,the characteristics and shortcomings ofmodern aviation rubber materials are explained,and puts forward its own views.It is hoped thatsome references will be left for the future development of rubber materials and their applicationin aircraft.This paper provides references for the application of rubber materials in aircraft.Key words:Rubber materialAviation applications High temperature and oil resistanceSealing operationII
