Structure design of potato cleaning and peeling deviceAbstractPotato peeling and washing is a necessary process in the processing of potato products.At present,although the peeling of potatoes has been produced by machinery,there are somelimitations in factors such as low production efficiency and high energy consumption.Withthe development of potato industry and the rapid progress of China's economy,there is anurgent need for a high-efficiency and low energy consumption equipment to solve theproblems of potato deep processing.This paper designs a brush roller mechanical potatopeeling and cleaning structure device.This equipment consists of electric motor,transmissionand brush working area.The motor is connected to the belt to drive the brush rollersconnected by the chain to rotate.The material inlet enters and falls onto the rotating brushroller,so as to achieve the purpose of peeling,and finally comes out of the discharge outlet.This paper introduces in detail the design and calculation of the body structure,the selectionof the motor,the design of the belt drive and the selection of the bearing and the bearing seat.Keywords:Potato peeling cleaning;electric machinery;brush roller
