北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Chips slicerAbstractPotato has rich nutritional value and is the fourth largest food crop in human society.Intoday's society,with the improvement of people's living standards,people's pursuit of food alsoincreases.Potatoes are made into a variety of food,such as strip,flake and powder.In order tosave manpower,the technology of food processing machinery is also developing rapidly,such asslicer and grinder of various food materials.In the history of the development of the world'smechanical products,the slicer developed rapidly in the European countries in the 1960s,and theresearch on slicer technology in China lags behind the world for about 10 years.At present,theslicing machines in the market are large in volume,which are suitable for the production lines oflarge enterprises,and difficult to be used in canteens,small workshops,etc.The centrifugalslicer designed in this paper is mainly for small and medium-sized occasions,such as smallsnack processing workshop,canteen,etc.the product is designed for the general shape ofAtlantic potato,respectively for the design of V-belt,shaft,impeller,bearing,key and otherstandard components,and puts forward a feasible design scheme of potato chip frying machine.Keywords:Potato;centrifugal slicer;Chips frying machine;design
