AbstractThis topic takes the function innovation,form innovation and other issues of theelderly intelligent crutches as the starting point,and takes the elderly as the main group object.Through the previous market research and analysis of similar products as well as thebenchmark products,it improves the product's appearance and shape positioning,functionalstructure positioning,material positioning,use environment and color positioning.It isplanned to improve the design innovation method combining functional innovation andoverall modeling and appearance.According to the weak strength and slow movement of theelderly users,the auxiliary grip design,the alarm and warning function when crossing theroad and the searchlight design are improved and added.Then,the rhinoceros is used forthree-dimensional modeling and keyshot for effect map display.Finally,the 3D printer withphotosensitive resin as the raw material is used for 3D printing.Finally,the report issummarized.Key words:elderly,multi-functional,improved design,auxiliary grip
