Design of thermal insulation and ventilation system of farm based onsolar energy utilizationAbstractThe insulation and ventilation of most intensive farms in northern China currentlyconsumes large amounts of traditional energy,and there is a situation in which animal fecescannot be effectively treated,resulting in environmental pollution.In order to call for thestrategic goal of green sustainable development in China,the winter heat preservation andventilation of China's intensive farms should achieve effective energy utilization,referringto the solar energy technology with greater development and utilization today,and the"manure"in traditional animal husbandry The "environmental protection system ofbiogas-fertilizer"designed a heat insulation and ventilation system for the farms in the norththat can efficiently use new energy.This design is designed for intensive pig farms in the Yanging area of Beijing.Thesolar collector is used to heat the working medium,which is simultaneously heated by theresidual heat of biogas combustion so as to meet the requirements for setting temperaturesof the floor heating.In this design,by referring to relevant data,the heat load of thebreeding house in winter is calculated correctly,and the parameters of the heating systemunit are selected according to the required heat load.At the same time,according to theventilation conditions required by the animals in the breeding house,the ventilation systemdesign of the breeding house to meet the winter warming needs is selected,the selected fansand the vents in the house are selected,and the overall ventilation airflow organizationprocess of the breeding house is drawn.Keywords:Farm;Solar energy;Insulation and ventilation
