AbstractAbstractIn the process of rapid domestic social and economic development,the people'sliving standards are also improving day by day,people's material conditions aregetting better and better,so there is a higher demand for spirituality.The developmentof economic globalization has also prompted the continuous exchange of science andtechnology in various countries.The field of modern science and technology isvibrant,and the development of science and technology has radiated into all aspectsof public life.Among them,intelligence and automation have gradually become themainstream of the development of household products.Many electrical appliancesand furniture are available.Upgrade and transformation to varying degrees.As one ofthe commonly used household appliances,washing machines,if new automation andintelligent technologies can be introduced,will surely meet people's needs forconvenience and comfort in life.Many electrical products contain control chips,andwashing machines are no exception.PLC,as a programmable logic controller,is alsothe core control chip of electrical appliances.It can meet people's needs for washingmachines with diverse functions and stable work.The system will develop anintelligent fully automatic washing machine system based on PLC.The technical core involved in PLC is computer technology,which can realizeautomatic control of equipment,and has the advantages of powerful functions,stableperformance,compact size,and easy operation.This article uses the S7-300 seriesPLC to specifically design the two parts of the hardware and the program.Based onthis,a fully automatic washing machine control system with a relatively simplesystem structure is developed,which can complete the complete clothes washingprocess.,Including six work links:first,water intake;second,washing;third,drainage,fourth,dehydration.Fifth,alarm;sixth,shutdown.The washing machinedesigned in this paper realizes the washing process through the programmablecontroller,which satisfies the intelligent control of the washing machine operation,and has concrete practice for realizing the first-class fully automatic washing machine.I believe that the fully automatic washing machine will have a broader marketprospect.KEY WORDS:PLC;Washing machine;Reliability;Fully automatic;
