Optimization design and simulation of a mold factory facilitybased on SLPAbstractThis graduation design for mold factory existing facilities planning,current situation andexisting problems are analyzed and optimized,through to the mold factory production,on-sitein-depth understanding and research,by adopting the method of plane layout and industrialengineering related discipline theory knowledge,to mold factory of the whole facility layout,site management,research and optimization design,the production facilities,provide aoptimizing design scheme can improve the efficiency of the mold factory production,makemold factory production more accord with the requirement of lean production,improve theircompetitiveness and lay the foundation for mold factory and stable development.The design contents of this graduation project include:(1)analyze the current situation of the layout of the mold factory,find out the existingproblems and preliminarily propose solutions.(2)analyze the production process of mold factory products to find the bottleneck.(3)analyze the plane layout of the mold factory for SLP analysis,calculate the materialflow rate,make the correlation diagram,and make three optimization improvement plansaccording to the degree of close relationship between the operation units(4)comprehensively evaluate the three schemes,and select the best scheme for planaroptimization of the mould factory.(5)adopt the ECRS principle to optimize and improve the bottleneck station,andestablish the standard time.(6)improve the places that do not conform to 6S management in the production site.(7)FIEXSIM simulation software was used for modeling analysis to analyze the idle rateand put forward relevant Suggestions.Key words:Facility planning;SLP;Mold factory;The optimization design
