Machine factory total voltage dropping transformer substation andthe high pressure electrical power distribution system DesignsAbstractIn the current industrial era,people require a stable and reliable power supply.Scientific and reasonable design of substation and reasonable configuration of substationcan effectively enhance the reliability,stability and sustainability of power grid.For atypical substation,it is necessary to have reliable and flexible substation equipment,whichcan ensure that the cost of the substation is appropriate and the expansion is convenient.It is for the above considerations,this paper combined with the original data of amechanical plant,designed the substation and high-voltage distribution system in themechanical plant.According to the design specification,in the design scheme of this paper,including the main electrical wiring scheme of high-voltage distribution system,substationaddress.After the comparison and analysis of various schemes,the main electrical wiringof the substation will adopt double bus wiring.The main step-down substation is mainlyequipped with a main transformer,which is the working power supply with 35kV voltageand the standby power supply with 10KV voltage.According to the design scheme,theappropriate high-voltage electrical equipment,transformer,relay protection device,secondary circuit scheme,grounding and lightning protection are selected.Keywords:Substation HV electrical equipment Short-circuit currentTransformerRelay protection
