Research on the new anti icing technology of aircraftABSTRACTWith the continuous progress and renewal of the times,the status of aircraft in people'sdaily life continues to improve,and more and more aircraft are put into use.Therefore,it is ofgreat significance for the study of improving the safe flight of aircraft.There are more and more flight accidents caused by aircraft icing,so more attention shouldbe paid to aircraft icing.Aircraft icing refers to the phenomenon of ice layer on some parts of theaircraft surface.These ice layers are mainly formed by supercooled water drops in clouds orsupercooled rain water in the process of rainfall contacting the aircraft and then solidified.Theycan also be directly formed by condensation of water vapor on the surface of the aircraft.Generally speaking,as long as there is an appropriate ambient temperature,usually at 5 C,icewill occurWith the continuous development of aircraft manufacturing industry,there are severaldifferent solutions to the problem of aircraft anti icing,including pneumatic anti icing technology,liquid anti icing technology,electric anti icing technology,air thermal anti icing technology,etc.But these kinds of technologies are not perfect and have their own shortcomings.Therefore,it isnecessary to conceive a new aircraft anti icing technology.This paper will start from the cause ofaircraft icing,compare with the existing anti icing technology,lead to the new anti icingtechnology,that is to choose a better material as the heating element of electric anti icingtechnology to achieve better anti icing effect.Key words:cause of aircraft icing anti icing technology heating element1/14
