AbstractIn recent years,due to the continuous development of China's economy,thepeople's quality of life has also increased.On this basis,the industry of fruitautomation and multi-type packaging have also faced their unprecedenteddevelopment opportunities.The vast majority of people's demand for fruits graduallychanged from quantity to quality.Whether the packaging style or the productionefficiency of the traditional fruit packaging machine,is very difficult to meet thechanging needs of today's society.The market has a higher demand for fruit industrialpackaging today.The purpose of this project is to design a device that can classify and position thefruit so that the outer surface of the fruit is completely wrapped by the film,andfinally achieve a complete isolation of the air and the fruit.By comparing differentpackaging cases,the paper carefully designed and analyzed several sections such aspositioning the fruit separately,continuously sending out the film,wrapping the fruitwith the film,and dividing the electric knife.Then modeling and assemblingthree-dimension to the whole mechanism and doing the finite element analysis to theimportant force component.Keywords:multi-type;Positioning;Film wrap;finite element analysis:
