Design of 1025t /h Xinwen bituminous coal boilerAbstractWith the rapid development of today's society,the demand for electric energy isincreasing continuously.Although the use of green and renewable energy has madetremendous progress in recent years,these green and renewable energy sources have differentlimitations.In the coming decades,the main source of electricity production will be thermalpower generation.The design topic of this time is the design of 1025t/h Xinwen bituminous coalboiler,that is,300MW boiler unit.The paper briefly describes the design steps and methodsof large-scale power station boilers,and the results are checked and analyzed.The designsteps of the boiler are simply to determine the overall layout of the boiler,that is,the selectionof the body structure and auxiliary system.In the thermal check calculation,first of all,the nature of the fuel,the mainparameters of the selected power station boiler,the details of the boiler,etc.must bedetermined.On the basis of these data,thermal calculations are carried out on the furnacechamber and various heat exchange surfaces of the boiler,and then the calculated data arechecked.Finally,for the problem of flue gas emission pollution,it is recommended to use thesolvent absorption of ethanol and ammonia,that is,CO2 chemical absorption method,toachieve flue gas utilization and energy regeneration.Beijing Thermal Power Plant began touse this program in 2008 to produce dry ice and obtain considerable benefits.Key words:1025t/h Xinwen bituminous coal boilerthermal calculation
