Design of 210kW lithium bromide absorption refrigeration systemAbstractThe awareness of protecting the environment has gradually increased,people are lookingfor new materials and methods that can replace the materials that have been harmful to theenvironment.For example,people actively seek to replace CFC refrigerants in therefrigeration field,and in the alternatives to CFC electric chillers,lithium bromide absorptionchillers do not need CFC refrigerants,with its advantages of utilizing various waste heat,lowpower consumption,no noise during operation,convenient maintenance and operation,and nodamage to the ozone layer in the atmosphere,it has gradually become the mainstreamdevelopment direction in refrigeration,reduce or even replace the production and utilizationof CFC refrigeration units.Therefore,the research on LiBr absorption refrigeration system isof great significance,and LiBr absorption refrigeration has a broad development prospect.Based on the course contents and course design operation,this paper designs a 210kW LiBrabsorption refrigerating system with a refrigerating capacity of 210k W according to theworking principle and characteristics of LiBr absorption refrigerating system,the main designsteps are thermal calculation,heat load calculation and design of each equipment,heattransfer calculation,etc.Finally,according to the advantages and disadvantages of LiBrabsorption refrigeration,the specific energy-saving measures and main uses are analyzed.Keywords:Lithium bromide;Absorption;Refrigeration;design.
