AbstractAt present,technology is developing rapidly all over the world,and almosteveryone USES the Internet every day.The Internet is an emerging culture inChina.Most modern people learn about information through the Internet,especially the young generation who are keen on the Internet.Along with thedevelopment of the society around the world,web has been more and morepeople know,website localization is more and more people pay attention to,allkinds of enterprises and institutions in the network competition is more intense,in order to bo person eyeball,all sorts of businesses and organisations are tryingto innovation,to beautify the website to wrap themselves,so as to put myself inthe same industry competition,and this trend is more and more competitive,thedemand of website design has to hard to imagine.For this graduation thesis,I used PhotoShop and Dreamweaver software tocomplete the website page design,color design and typesetting by usinglanguages such as HTML,CCS and Javascript.In the form of a website to do aspecial watch animation video program,this video platform can watchanimation programs around the countries,easy to operate,the page layout isclean,the page content classification is clear.Key words:emerging culture competitiveDreamweaver anime
