安微工程大学机电学院毕业设计The hardware design of underground pipeline ultrasonictesting systemAbstractNondestructive testing is a method of testing and checking.It can not damage oraffect the function of the testing object and it can not ruins the internals of object.Usethe unusual or bug of internal structure,caused by heat,sound,light,electric andmagnetic,with physical or chemical methods or with using advancing technology andequipment,it tests something we need.Also it check and test obeject's strcture,properties,status,type,quality,quantity,shape,location,size,distribution,changeand so on.Ultrasonic testing is one of the methods of nondestructive testing.Longago,the pipeline testing and detection of defects have a lot of bugs.But now with thedevelopment of the technology and economy,it must be more accurately in testing.Soultrasonic testing is coming.This design use STM32 microcontroller to deal with the data and transmit thedata to computer by the Bluetooth.This is the function of online data collecting.Thedesign of mechanical structure,schematic diagram and upper monitor,they allachieve better control effect.Driving in the underground pipeline detection system infront of the gear motor rotate through three ultrasonic probe can detect signal well,rotation a week is to ensure signal integrity detection,it can detect every pipelineinformation.Key Words:Nondestructive testing;ultrasonic;microcontroller、2
