区域信息化发展水平测度研究——以浙江省为例

北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Measurement on the Development Level of RegionalInformatization Case Study of Zhejiang ProvinceAbstractWith the advent of the Information revolution,information technology and networktechnology are subtly changing the direction of development in various fields and industries.The level of informatization is a new symbol to measure the degree of modernization andinternational competitiveness of a country.Zhejiang Province,as a powerful economicprovince and a big information province in the eastern coastal area of China,is activelypromoting the information construction with its location advantage and strategic position.Based on the background of the current development of informatization,the study on thedevelopment of informatization in Zhejiang Province,and the establishment of a set ofscientific index system for measuring the development level of regional informatization hasbecome the research focus in this field,it plays an important role in the development ofinformation economy.In this paper,the sequence structure of problem-analysis problem-evaluation summary isdeveloped.First of all,the related concepts of informatization are discussed.Secondly,PESTmodel is used to analyze the information development environment of Zhejiang Province,andthen the design idea of the index system of Zhejiang information development level is putforward.Finally,through the construction of regional informatization measurement indexsystem,weight measurement and other methods combined with the actual situation of thedevelopment level of informatization in Zhejiang province,found the advantages andproblems in the process of informatization construction in Zhejiang Province,and put forwardthe countermeasures and suggestions with pertinence.Key Words:Informatization:Index system;Zhejiang province
