北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Analysis and Design of Deputies'PerformanceRegistration SystemAbstractDeputies'liaison office is the link between the deputies and the community residents.Inorder to strengthen the connection between the deputies and the people,each deputy isrequired to visit the people at least twice a year.Deputies'liaison office has been registeringthe performance of deputies in the form of manual ledger.Official launch of onlineregistration platform for trial in 2019.After investigation and research,there have been someproblems since the use of the platform:there is no uniform standard way of performing duties;repetitive entry of handwritten content into the platform;unable to count the total score valueof the representative;not easy to operate;The rational use of information technology to helpliaison officers to carry out their work better,a set of easy-to-use Deputies'PerformanceRegistration System came into being.Deputies'Performance Registration System has the following main functions:(1)unifieduser management;(2)performance management;(3)performance record management;(4)appeal feedback management;(5)performance credits Ranking;(6)statistical charts.For thissystem,I use MyEclipse 10 as the development and implementation platform,and MySQL5.5 as the back-end database implementation platform.Background data operation isconvenient,while reducing data redundancy as much as possible.The interface of this systemis simple,neat and unified,and adopts the design style of flat interface.The design of thedatabase table is relatively reasonable.The emphasis is on the registration and statistics of theduty performance.It optimizes the functionality and ease of use of the system,conforms tothe current workflow of the contact station,and is very feasible for the actual use ofDeputies'liaison office.Key words:Deputies'liaison office;Deputies'Performance Registration System;dutyperformance
