AbstractThe temperature measuring element selected for this projectdesign is a thermocouple.It uses the AT89C51 single-chipmicrocomputer as the core component and measures through theAD590 integrated temperature sensor.The temperature at one endis 0C,which is the cold end temperature TO Then measure theother end with higher heat,namely the hot end temperature T.This design uses a K-type thermocouple,which is a cheap metalthermocouple with a large amount of current use.Its workingprinciple is through I/V conversion,combined with linearamplification to complete time-sharing A/D conversion,after theconversion is completed,the digital signal output will be passedto the single-chip microcomputer,and then calculated by thesingle-chip microcomputer,and then the ROM address can beobtained.At this time,a second lookup table can be performed toobtain the final temperature value,which will be passed throughthe LED Tube to display.Thermocouple software needs to use Clanguage,modular design to achieveKeywords:Thermocouple cold junction temperaturecompensation 89C51 microcontrollerlinear scaletransformation
