北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design and implementation of online leave system basedon coursesAbstractWith the application and popularization of computers,the management in colleges anduniversities is gradually oriented towards informatization and systematization.The use ofinformation systems,such as student information management system,student educationaladministration system,and student quality development system,has effectively solved theproblems of backward management means and low processing efficiencyl.At present,the leave process of zhuhai college of the Beijing institute of technology is still inthe state of separate contact between teachers and students or management with someone-way system.In detail,when students on campus need to ask for leave,they need to fill inrelevant materials in the official account and submit them to the college office for review.Theresults of the review will be shown to students in the form of push.Then,students need to goto the counselor's office to get a paper note of leave.At the teacher's roll call,a paper note isrequired to offset the absence record.This way of management,on the one hand,directlyUSES the push public form to display the results,lack of privacy protection for students;Onthe other hand,in the process of manual operation is prone to fraud,which has a certainimpact on the personal development of students and the development of school education;More importantly,there is only one-way communication between teachers and students,andthere is a lack of two-way communicationl6).This topic through the web technology design a set of students based on the daily life ofcollege courses online leave leave system,to solve the students leave difficult,teachers noteasy to leave the reality and contradictions.There are three basic modules:student module,teacher module and administrator modulel.The student module has the functions ofsubmitting the leave form,looking up the historical leave records and selecting courses.Theteacher module has the functions of reviewing the leave form and consulting the leave record.Administrator module has new and delete courses,students,teachers function.
