AbstractWith the development of economy,information technology and intelligentautomation have become more and more the mainstream of the world,and alsothe research direction of scientific research institutions and academic units invarious countries.Nowadays,many advanced intelligent robot technologieshave been developed.As one of the intelligent robots,the intelligent car hasattracted more and more attention.Generally,the intelligent car can find apre-set route through the tracking function and move according to the route.This design is mainly about the research of the tracking function of theintelligent car.On this basis,it expands other functions,such as active obstacleavoidance function,light perception function and so on.The intelligent carmainly uses STC89C52 as the main control element,two L293D motors drivethe DC decelerating motor controlled by the chip as the power source,andrpr220 reflective photodetector as the obstacle avoidance module sensor.Themain functions of the intelligent car are that it can identify the obstacles in frontand turn to avoid the obstacles when driving autonomously,it can follow theblack track route,and it can travel through the distance The controller switchesthe current executive function of the intelligent car.Through these functions toachieve the purpose of intelligent car "intelligent".Key words:intelligent tracking car STC89C52 single chip microcomputerobstacle avoidance remote control
