房租管理信息系统分析与设计

北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Analysis and design of rent managementinformation systemAbstractIn this era of rapid development of science and technology and huge amount ofinformation,almost all walks of life use a variety of information management systems.According to the survey,there are many rented self built houses in the villages in the city,and the house managers almost still use the traditional manual record management mode.Based on this,this graduation project will develop a rent information management systemfor this application.The user of the system is the house administrator.The house administrator can viewthe tenant information and room information managed by the system,and the system canrealize the management of water,electricity,house cost and other information.The system is developed with B/S architecture,Java programming language andmysql.The interface of the system is simple,convenient and practical.This paper gives abrief description of the system design process.Key words:MIS;rent management;B/S;Java;MySQL
