华北电力大学博士学位论文AbstractThe purpose of this research is to assess the ability to resist disasters of urbanpower grid,find the vulnerabilities of system and puts forward the evaluation resultsand improvements.Firstly,according to the actual disaster relief demand of urban power grid,thispaper is proposed the fault tree analysis method to analyze the cause of the accidentand in accordance with this to establish the evaluation index system of capacity toprevent disaster of urban power grid.Secondly,this paper describes using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)whichis based on exponential scale to collate and calculate the indicators in the evaluationprocess of disaster resistance of urban power grid.We strive to establish a scientific,accurate and flexible disaster resistance evaluation system.Making the disasterplanning and construction of urban power grid to seize the grid's vulnerabilities andreducing the risk of accidents.Keywords:urban power grid;disaster resistance evaluation;fault tree analysismethod;fuzzy inference;AHP
