北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Study on evaluation of urban entrepreneurship activityAbstractWith the development of global economic trends,international competition is fiercer."Public entrepreneurship,innovation"become an important carrier of China's in-depthdevelopment strategy.Volkswagen entrepreneurs can not only provide more employmentopportunities for the community,but also a new impetus to the development of hightechnology.After the instructions of central government public business,local governmentsintroduced policies to support the implementation of urban entrepreneurship and innovationactivities.However,different business conditions in different cities,business development invarious cities have their own characteristics.Without a scientific and unified evaluation index,it's difficult to make a judgment on the entrepreneurial status of different cities.Therefore,this study proposed the concept of urban entrepreneurial activity and designed a set ofevaluation system of urban entrepreneurial activity to help decision-makers allocate socialresources more scientifically,and put forward research Suggestions.This study designed 5 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators in terms ofentrepreneurial hard environment,entrepreneurial soft environment,human factors,technological factors,economic factors,and financial factors.Selected the central region ofChina (Wuhan,Changsha),the eastern region (Shanghai,Hangzhou,Beijing),the westernregion (Xi'an,Chengdu)and the Pearl River Delta region,a total of 16 cities as researchobjects.The results show that Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Hangzhou havereached the "high urban entrepreneurial activity".In this gray scale,Wuhan,Changsha,Dongguan,Foshan,and Chengdu belong to the gray scale of"moderate urban entrepreneurialactivity".The remaining cities are Xi'an,Huizhou,Zhongshan,Jiangmen,Zhuhai,andZhaoqing.Cities belong to the category of "low urban entrepreneurial activity".Cities ineastern coastal areas of China have high entrepreneurial activity,most in the central region areof medium level,and few cities in the central region and a few in the Pearl River Delta regionhave low entrepreneurial activity.Key words:Entrepreneurial activity;Grey System Theory;Evaluation research
