多级物料传输带控制系统的设计与制作

AbstractThis design USES PLC(programmable logic controller)to realize the truck to enterthe station and open the outlet of the warehouse to send out the materials.Itestablishes a hardware model of the simulation system to transfer the materialsfrom the high place to the low place through the conveyor belt.Finally,the trucksends the materials away.Can realize the truck to enter the station,start thewarehouse opening;Materials out of the warehouse,the conveyor belt will be layerby layer from the height of the material to the lower place;The material istransferred to the back of the truck.The system not only considers the timeinterval between several belt conveyors,but also considers the solution when abelt conveyors break down,so as to achieve effective automatic control,optimizethe operation effect and reduce the operation cost.I key words PLC;The conveyor belt.Material transfer
