AbstractAbstractThe mobile station has the characteristics of flexible and convenient,and it can be used atanytime and everywhere,It compensates for the lack of a fixed pump station widely.While theaxial flow pump for emergency mobile pumping station is the core components.It is necessaryto further study and improvement of its optimization design theory.In order to understand thecomplex internal flow field of axial flow pump mechanism,Use of computational fluid dynamicsCFD technique for a given axial flow pump are working for full 3D turbulent numericalsimulation.Introduction of the axial flow pump flow field simulation analysis of the theoretical basis,introduces the numerical computational method,gives the equations of the model,andintroduces the method,in this paper the application of RANS equation and SA model,by usingthe commercial software Numeca for a given axial flow pump are grid division and flow fieldsimulation calculation,calculation the results show that the model has higher efficiency,but indifferent working flow exists in the size of the scroll,the two return complex three-dimensionalturbulence,introduced in detail the internal flow chart,intuitive gives pump inner flow field ofaxial flow pump;impeller parameters on the performance of axial flow pump for research andstudy:blade number on performance of axial flow pump and the impact the performance curveof the tip clearance,the performance of axial flow pump,the performance curve and clearanceof impeller pressure,calculated and analysed without guide vanes under two conditions of flowfield.Details of the axial flow pump impeller,vane blade optimization method,impeller vaneusing independent pressure surface,suction surface line of optimization methods,vane bladeadopts the camber line and the thickness distribution lines optimization method.Optimal axialflow pump model performance increased significantly,the result shows that:the use ofNumeca/Design3D can be a very good optimization of axial flow pump axial flow pump,itpresents a new method for optimal design,has important practical value.
