Integrated design of hydraulic control formulti taper conical dieABSTRACT:(In this paper,a hydraulic control system with highreliability and safety is designed for the conical die with multi taper undercomplex working conditions.Through the analysis of the working state of themulti taper conical die,the working cycle of the hydraulic system isdetermined as::fast down→slow pressure→pressure maintaining→fastback→stop in place.The design of the hydraulic system should not only meet the requirementsof the host in terms of movement and performance,but also meet somerecognized design principles,such as small size,light weight,low cost,highefficiency,simple mechanism,reliable work,convenient use and maintenance,etc.The design of the hydraulic system is mainly based on the knownconditions to determine the hydraulic work plan,hydraulic flow,pressure,hydraulic pump and other parts of the design.As the key of the hydraulic system-hydraulic cylinder,its technology,quality and design all directly affect the service life of the host and theperformance under normal working conditions.If the design is improper,premature failure will cause huge economic loss.In this regard,it is necessaryto adopt advanced modern structural design methods for the structure andinnovative design of the hydraulic cylinder to continuously improve the actualservice life of the hydraulic cylinder,which has important guiding significancefor social and economic benefits.In this paper,the components of the hydraulic cylinder are designed andchecked.Then,the solid works software was used to establish the geometricmodel of the hydraulic cylinder,and the static stress analysis of the hydrauliccylinder was conducted through the plug-in simulation.It has some referencesignificance for the improved design of hydraulic cylinder.
