第一章绪论AbstractGave birth to the requirements of the production process and the market demandof the modernization of our country machine tool equipment.In order to give full playto the equipment efficiency,rapid increases in the processing technology andperformance,more and more enterprises every year invested a lot of money andtechnical transformation.PLC technology,the continuous development of traditionalold machine for technological trans formation of the machine tool equipment providesa strong technical support.Using PLC transformation of vertical lathe electrical control system,therealization of the program input,human-computer interaction,automatic processingcontrol mode,expanded the machine processing capacity,to reduce the machine fault,improve efficiency in the use of the machine tool,and achieved good results.Thetransformation of the electric control system of the vertical lathe with PLC has becomean effective way for the enterprise to carry on the technical transformation to themachine tool.After the application of PLC,the reliability of the machine is improved,which not only greatly improves the reliability and anti-interference ability of thevertical lathe,but also greatly simplifies and reduces the workload of maintenance andmaintenance of machine tools.In the background of the transformation of the electrical control system of thevertical lathe,the paper introduces the design scheme and application technology ofthe PLC transformation of the machine tool,and gives a brief introduction to theproduction and development of PLC.At the end of this paper,the research is summarized,combined with the author'sresearch direction,discussed the PLC programming ideas used in the subject,and putforward the future research direction.Key words:PLC,vertical lathe,electric control system2
