AbstractWith the continuous development of industrial automation,the electric controlsystem of water treatment equipment is used more and more widely,amongwhich the PLC based control system is the most widely used.In order to improvethe efficiency of liquid treatment and reduce the human error,we designed theautomatic feeding and waste disposal system for the industrial environment ofdyeing factory.The electric control system of water treatment equipment plays animportant role in the industrial production.It is now in the stage of reform andupgrading and becoming more and more mature.It has a very broad prospect.First we PLC based on the overall design of the system:through access toinformation and production practice,understand the industry environment,equipment sampling and PLC system of learning;feeding system and wastedisposal system function analysis,allocation of I/O address,CAD productionflow chart,hardware and software configuration;due to environmental factors wecannot,on-site debugging equipment,only through V4.0 STEP 7 MicroWIN SP9programming control,were simulated using the S7 200 simulation softwareversion.Finally,a set of multi feed mixing system and intelligent alarm wastedisposal system are obtained.Key words:PLC;water treatment;electrical control;feeding system;Waste treatment
