南京科技职业学院毕业设计（论文）ABSTRACTIntelligent electronic scale is the detection and conversion technology,computertechnology,information processing,digital technology,an integrated modern technologyof new weighing equipment.Single chip microcomputer is also referred to as single chip microcomputer.Itrefers to a microcomputer integrated on a chip.Its various functional components,including CPU,memory,basic input interface circuit,output interface circuit,interruptsystem,timing counter and other parts are all fabricated on an integrated chip to form acomplete microcomputer.Therefore,single chip microcomputer is essentially a chip.It hasthe advantages of simple structure,strong control ability,small volume and high reliability.As an important branch of computer technology,single chip microcomputer technology iswidely used in intelligent instruments,industrial control,household appliances,electronicproducts and other fields.Ectronic scale takes SCM as its central controling unit,and achieves ADtransform through weighting transducer,then adds keybord,display circuit and powerfulsofterwear.It is not only accurate,swift,and convenient,but also makes an important effectto people's life by its automatic weightment.digital display and work away,so it becomesmore and more popular.The artificial error factor can be effectively eliminated,the errorfactor is minimized.The design of this system gives its eleboration from 3 parts:Hardwearcircuit design,softwear programme debugging and entity weld debugging.Hardwear circuit reaches data processing by the controling unit which based onSTC89C52,and gathers data by weighting transducer,then makes AD transform by HX711to the data gathered,and the transformed data then transferred to STC for displayprosessing,at last LCD1602 would show it out steadily without twinklingKEYWORDS:STC89C52 SCMC Electrnoic Scale Load sensor HX7112
